The Wool Tower presents a night with award winning Chef Barry Dallat. On Thursday 30th November our very own Barry Dallat from Arbutus Catering will be teaming up with The Wool Tower to put on a performance like no other. He will be cooking a 4 course gourmet meal live for you to enjoy while sharing all the tips and tricks to ensure a smooth running Christmas dinner for 2017.
Enjoy the best mulled wine on arrival and the finest wine to compliment each course of the meal.
The Cellar Door band will also be attending with a full line up of entertainment. Tickets are £50 per person and available from The Red Brick Cafe at Raceview Mill and also The Crannagh, Coleraine. The event will start at 7pm.
