Arbutus At The Crannagh presents JazzLite on Saturday 20th January 2018. 

Get your dancing shoes on as this is sure to be a fun-filled night to lift your January blues. Enjoy a glass of house wine on arrival and JazzLite will take to the stage while you enjoy a 4 course meal specially created for the Jazz Night. Afterwards dance the night away by the River Bann.

Starters

A Trio of Starters to include Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad, Melon with a Berry Compote and a Cream of Vegetable Soup served with Homemade Guinness Bread

Main Course

Pan Fried Sea Bass served with a Smoked Salmon Mash with a Fennel Cream Chicken Fillet wrapped in Parma Ham stuffed with Spinach and Ricotta, Creamy Mash

Daube of Beef with an over sized Yorkshire Pudding, Baby Pearl Onion and Red Wine Jus, Creamy Champ Potatoes

Roasted Red Pepper and Brie Tart with a Rocket and Toasted Pinenut Salad, Aged Balsamic
