Mini Fruit Pizza

Mini fruit pizza Toppings:

1/4 cup – blackberries

1/4 cup – strawberries

1/4 cup – kiwi

1/4 cup – mandarin oranges

Cut out your crust. We used a plain tortilla and the ring of a mason jar to make small circle crusts.

Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended. We will use honey as our sweetener, but you can add a different one of your choice to taste!.

Spread over tortillas and top with seasonal fruit, such as blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, grapes, or raspberries.

Frozen yoghurt grapes

Freeze the grapes. Pick the grapes from the stem, rinse and place on a baking sheet. It takes a few hours for the grapes to freeze the whole way through.

Dip the grapes in yoghurt. Leave grapes to thaw for a few minutes as it will be easier to get the toothpick in them. Dip in your favourite yoghurt and leave in freezer for an hour or so.

There you have it a few super easy and tasty treats your kids can enjoy as an after school treat.
